2026 CTRA Annual General Meeting is on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 6:30 pm.

The Cowichan Therapeutic Riding Association (CTRA) Annual General Meeting is on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 at 6:30pm in the CTRA Lounge above the stables at Providence Farm.

CTRA’s constitution states only current (2026) CTRA members have voting privileges at an AGM.

2026 CTRA Memberships:

CTRA invites YOU to become a voting member for 2026! Click here to submit a membership form. Memberships are valid January 1st to December 31st each year. After completing the online form, the $20 membership dues can be e-transferred to payment@ctra.ca. As a reminder, 2026 Memberships must be purchased before March 22th 2026 in order to vote at the April 22th AGM.

CTRA is presently accepting nominations to the board of directors. Click here for an application form which can be completed and emailed to board@ctra.ca.
