"Beyond the Bridle – Unleashing Leadership Through Equine Insight"…
is a professional learning opportunity with activities to develop teamwork, leadership and communication. The learning stems from unique nonverbal interactions between horses and humans. These sessions provide experiential activities with horses that require collaboration, creative problem-solving, adaptability and leadership that guide effective interactions. Interactions with horses offer a unique opportunity to develop skills in a non-traditional setting, fostering lasting personal and professional growth. Funds raised from these workshops are used to support therapeutic equine assisted learning programs offered by the Cowichan Therapeutic Riding Association.
